Name released of woman killed in single-vehicle crash in neighboring Dodge County | By Dodge County Sheriff

Dodge County, WI – On September 22, 2023, at approximately 4:48 p.m., Dodge County Deputies were dispatched to a single-vehicle crash on State Highway 26 south of Red Cedar Road, township of Burnett, Dodge County, WI.
UPDATE – Dodge County, WI –  The driver of the Buick was identified as Crystal Rische of Juneau.

Initial investigation showed a 39-year-old female was operating a 2006 Buick sedan northbound on State Highway 26 when the driver failed to negotiate a curve. The sedan entered the northbound gravel shoulder and the driver lost control resulting in the vehicle striking a tree. The female was pronounced dead at the scene by the Dodge County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Assisting in the crash were Burnett Fire Department and First Responders, Horicon EMS, Horicon Fire Department, Juneau Fire Department, Beaver Dam Paramedics, Dodge County Medical Examiner’s Office, the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Crash Investigation Team, and Dodge County Emergency Response Team.
