August 9, 2017 – Washington Co., WI – The Wisconsin Department of Health Service and the University of Wisconsin Survey Center will be taking a survey in the next two weeks.
A letter, along with a $2 bill enclosed, was mailed August 7 with details outlining the process.
If you were called to participate in the survey – what questions would you hope they focus on? Affordability, coverage, premiums…?
One of the questions I have is …. why did they give me $2? That has to be taxpayer money but why is it being spent in this fashion?
We just got a letter in the mail in the same fashion, I find it to be highly suspect.
