April 3, 2024 – Washington Co., Wi – Motorists headed to work Wednesday morning may want to leave a bit more travel time as the National Weather Service has a winter weather advisory in effect until 1 p.m.

We Energies is also reporting about 100 people without power on the east side of Big Cedar Lake. There are also outages to the north into Fond du Lac County around Campbellsport, Ashford and Eden. The worst in the state for outages is in the Shawano and Clintonville area.
The National Weather Service forecast is below.
Rain and snow. High near 37. Breezy, with a northeast wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
Wednesday Night: Snow likely, possibly mixed with rain, becoming all snow after 5 a.m. Cloudy, with a low around 32. North wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
Thursday: Rain and snow likely, mainly before 1 p.m. Cloudy, with a high near 40. North wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
