The National Weather Service is predicting heavy snowfall after noon on Tuesday with the possibility of 6 to 9 inches of snow inland. A winter weather warning is in effect until 3 a.m. Wednesday, January 10.
Across Washington County, Wi the plows and salters have been out since early morning. A brine base was applied to the roads on Monday. As of 11 a.m. neighbors across Hartford, Kewaskum, Slinger, and Myra have received about an inch of heavy, wet snow.

Heavy snow clings to berries and branches as snowfall is expected to continue through Tuesday evening.
