Washington Co., WI – Five of the teams covered by the Washington County Insider have made the WIAA football playoffs this season.
The march to the WIAA State Championships at Camp Randall Stadium has begun. Nine weeks of games and dozens of hours of practice have led up to this moment.
WIAA Division 2: Top seeds in Division 2 Region 2 and 4: Homestead and De Pere
Region 2: No. 5 Kaukauna (6-3, 4-3) @ No. 4 Hartford (6-3, 5-2), Friday, October 22, 7 p.m. kickoff.
Region 2: No. 7 Slinger (4-4, 3-4) @ No. 2 Cedarburg (6-3, 4-3), Friday, October 22, 7 p.m. kickoff.
Region 4: No. 7 Milwaukee Reagan (8-4, 6-0) @ No. 2 Germantown (7-2, 6-1), Friday, October 22, 7 p.m. kickoff.
Division 4: Top seed in Division 4 in Region 3: Edgewood.
Region 3: No. 5 Kewaskum (6-3, 4-3) @ No. 4 Lodi (7-2, 5-2), Friday, October 22, 7 p.m. kickoff. If Kewaskum wins in the first round the Indians may face No. 1 seed Edgewood which plays No. 8 seed Platteville in the first round.
Region 3: No. 6 Kettle Moraine Lutheran (4-5, 3-4) @ No. 3 Lake Mills (7-2, 6-1), Friday, October 22, 7 p.m. kickoff.
