June 26, 2020 – West Bend, WI – The West Bend Sunrise Rotary held its Changing of the Guard at Regner Park.
“This is the time we thank our out-going president and welcome in the new,” said the Rotary’s Joyce Malloy,
This year’s out-going president is Todd Vance. The in-coming president is Jonathan Sacks.
Paul Harris Awards are given in recognition of donations of $1,000. or more to the Rotary Program Fund, Polio Plus or and approved Foundation Grant.
The donation totals reflect a history of giving.
Dave Baldus and John Backhaus were this year’s Paul Harris recipients.
Rick Vanderkin was recipient of a Paul Harris +1 indicating total donations of $2,000.

Steve and Joe did the presentations for the Paul Harris Awards. Both are associated with the West Bend Sunrise Rotary Foundation.
