West Bend Police looking for man who reportedly solicited teens

 

August 7, 2017 – West Bend, WI – On Tuesday, August 1 two 16-year-old females at separate locations reported a male approached them and asked them to model for him.

The first incident occurred on at 9 p.m. in the Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot, 705 W. Paradise Drive in West Bend.

The second occurred at 9:15 p.m. in the Mad Max parking lot, 1512 W. Washington Street.

In both cases the man stated he worked for a modeling agency and was looking for girls to use for a rap music video. In one case the man asked the girl to send nude photos of herself.

On Friday, August 4, 2017, West Bend Detectives identified 37-year-old Wesley Q. Vann, a Milwaukee resident, as the actor involved in each of the incidents. Vann is 5’9” tall, 210 lbs, brown eyes with a shaved head.

Vann also goes by the name of Trey. He was last seen driving a silver 2005 Volvo S60 4-door sedan, with a sunroof, and no front plate.

Vann is being sought by the West Bend Police Department for Sexual Exploitation of a Child, Stalking, and Disorderly Conduct.
