Feb. 20, 2017 – West Bend, WI – West Bend Police Explorer Katie Espen was awarded a full scholarship from Columbia College in Missouri to pursue her academic future with a double major in Forensic Science and Biomedical Services.
Espen has been a Police Explorer since 2015 and is very active in post activities and volunteering her time to the West Bend community.
