May 5, 2018 – West Bend, WI – Missing/Endangered Person – West Bend Police are asking for the public’s help in locating Kristen Cook, age 22. Ms. Cook left her home in West Bend, WI on Tuesday May 1st at 5:30 PM, and has not returned home or contacted family.
Cook was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with the word BABE across the front, grey shorts with white trim and a black skull cap.
Ms. Cook requires daily medication that she didn’t take with her, and her family is concerned for her well-being.
