July 5, 2023 – West Bend, WI – More details are coming out regarding the death of a 19-year-old West Bend man, Carlos Lopez.
According to a report on Fox 6 Lopez was shot Sunday morning July 2, 2023, just before 3 a.m. near 28th and Burnham in Milwaukee, WI.
Three people, ages 17, 18, and 22, are reportedly in custody and awaiting charges.
Lopez had been a student at West Bend East High School.
His stepfather Edgar Estrada gave permission for the following to be posted, “To all the family and friends of our beloved son Carlos Lopez, we want to let you know the following: Carlos’s wake will be Monday, July 10 and there will be visitation from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. including the funeral service at our church Mision Cristiana La Palabra En Accion which is located at 1324 N. Main West Bend WI.
Carlos will be laid to rest Tuesday July 11 at 10 a.m. at Washington County Memorial Park Cemetery located at 3358 paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095.
