The West Bend Cinema is open for business and the new owners are listening to the community.
For the past few weeks the theatre owners conducted a major clean sweep of the 32,000-square-foot interior. Aside from a new motto of ‘cleanliness and friendliness’ the West Bend Cinema offers free soda refills, the best bargain prices in the area and new seating is expected to arrive this summer.
The upgrades are happening in stages. Neighbors are encouraging matinee showtimes and the owners are listening.
Currently there are matinees on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday starting between 11:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. Matinee tickets are $6.
Additional showings during the weekday are still in the works.
Movies also start at 4:45 to 5:15 p.m. Monday thru Thursday.
