Wendorf said her life changed when she met realtors Michael Borowski and Nicole Vanselow Borowski. “Don’t you know who you are?” Borowski asked her. That’s when Wendorf realized she had suddenly launched to the top 3 percent in real estate sales.

“All these years I thought I was too weird, but that changed my mindset. I’m forever grateful for Homestead Realty, Inc.,” said Wendorf, “I made the July cover of a National Real Estate Trade Magazine – in my birthday month, my grandma’s birthday month, and my dad’s birthday month.”

“I boast because you can do it, too…. YOU CAN DO IT! ~Wendy Wendorf

Instead of Wendorf’s slogan being “SELL BUY PLAN,” she jokingly said it should be ‘I am gonna drive you nuts for 3 weeks.’

“Buckle in – you will get top dollar when selling and top value when buying with me,” said Wendorf.

A party to celebrate this latest achievement is in the works. “Every one of you is invited,” Wendorf said.

Wendorf gives credit to her team for the success she is witnessing, “My team is the most loyal, loving group. They are positive and smart and push as hard as I do for you. They rock the area and beyond.”

Wendy Wendorf also attributes this life-changing moment to the work ethic taught to her by her parents, her faith, and her community. “Most importantly, I’d like to recognize you, my clients, my realtor friends, and my cheerleaders for making me a better realtor.”
