WBW JV2 beats Hartford in 3 sets | By Alexis Bautz and Dalyla Price

September 21, 2024. Hartford, WI- The West Bend West JV2 volleyball team left the Hartford Orioles worn out after a terrific 3 sets.
The Spartans came out strong against the Hartford Orioles in the first set with a win of 25-10. As the Orioles tried to fight their way back to the top, our excellent serve receive and coverage at the net stopped them. It came out to an outcome of 25-10.
Hartford still had determination to win, but West JV2 still came out on top with the score of 25-18 in the third and final set.
West JV2 is undefeated so far with a win of 3-0 in each game. We finished the night with 18 assists, 18 kills, and 25 digs.
The Spartans next game is on Saturday, September 21 at Hartford.

Alexis Bautz is a freshman at West Bend West High School. She’s looking to develop skills in volleyball as the season goes on. She plays as a setter for the WBW JV2 volleyball team and has played volleyball for about six years.
Dalyla Price is a freshman at West Bend West and is proud to be a part of the WBW JV2 volleyball team. Price is very excited to grow in her volleyball career and advance in her volleyball skills. When Price graduates, she would love to be a police officer and work her way up to being a detective. Price is looking forward to the volleyball games and crushing the competition and will be happy to see you at our games.
