Dean Haase was named the 2015 George “Doc” Kraemer Man of the Year during Saturday’s annual West Bend Baseball Association Banquet. Haase was selected for demonstrating exceptional talent on the field along with displaying high integrity and character both on and off the field.
A catcher with the Land O’Lakes Lannon Stonemen, Haase has had an illustrious baseball career as a collegiate player at UW-Oshkosh, a pro in the Chicago White Sox organization and he’s coached at Germantown High School and the UW-Milwaukee Panthers.
A constant family man and teammate Haase has earned the respect of many generations of baseball players and fans and is a shining example of what this award exemplifies.
