October 4, 2024 – West Bend, WI – The West Bend West Spartans varsity defeated the Cedarburg Bulldogs in 4 sets 25 – 23, 25 – 17, 20 – 25, 25 – 21.
Junior Laila Hertel had lots of hard swings and smart shots out of the right side.
Senior Paige Guse kept the back row alive with her digs and serves. Senior Maddie Abel was hustling hard on the court and was feeding her hitters Kylee Altendorf and Emmalee Heniadis.
The West Spartans Varsity team had lots of energy throughout the whole game and played hard.
The Spartans have a 5 – 1 North Shore Conference record. Their next match is on Tuesday, October 8 at 7 p.m. against West Bend East.
