July 24, 2023 – Newburg, Wi – Newburg Police are asking for anyone who recognizes this truck/trailer to send a message on Facebook or call the Newburg Police Station at 262-675-9360 and leave a voicemail. Anyone who calls with information can remain anonymous.
There are two potential outcomes to this situation:
1) The owner of this truck can return to where they illegally dumped items on Saturday and remove the items by Thursday morning 07/27/23. If this happens, no additional law enforcement action will be taken at the request of the business owners.
Or
2) Police will eventually identify the vehicle and cite the owner for illegal dumping. The fine amount will include restitution for the cost of removing the items as well.
According to police it would be much cheaper to take advantage of the first option.
Newburg is a community that watches out for one another. Please share so the business owner isn’t stuck paying to have the items removed and so the truck owner has the opportunity to make things right.
