Enjoy a morning of restorative yoga practice with Jen Martin from The Soul Source and meditation to kitran music by Kaita and Fred Bliffert on the grounds of the Old Courthouse. No experience is needed. Class will be held outside (in case of poor weather will move inside the Old Courthouse).
Suggested donation to attend is $5 -$15 per individual and $15-25 per family. Proceeds benefit the History Center- Free Old Courthouse Museum visit for all attendees.
