May 10, 2018 – West Bend, WI – The assistant majority leader for the Wisconsin State Senate Leah Vukmir spoke before a large gathering during Wednesday’s Common Sense Citizens meeting at the West Bend Moose Lodge.
Vukmir talked about what prompted her to get into the political arena, she spoke about her family and faith and her stance on issues such as the Second Amendment, being pro-life, and work that’s needed on the national budget.
She highlighted Wisconsin’s record-setting low unemployment rate and talked about changes needed in health care.
Vukmir will face Kevin Nicholson in the Republican primary in August. The pair are vying for the nomination for U.S. Senate.
