VIDEO | Slow start to the Maple syrup season at Cedar Community

March 11, 2022 – West Bend, WI – It is a slow start to the Maple sap collection season at Cedar Community.

Rich Miller and Mike Faase have been making the rounds daily, emptying the blue plastic bags of small amounts of sap. A low moisture count may be to blame for the slim output along with cool temps as the seasons shift from winter to Spring.
