May 29, 2018 – West Bend, WI – A rebroadcast of the 2018 West Bend Memorial Day Commemorative Procession. The parade route was packed with neighbors who turned out in their red, white and blue to pay tribute to veterans.
One of the oldest veterans was in the Interfaith Caregivers Marine Corps vehicle. Rollie Moericke, 91, served from 1944-52 in WWII and the Korean War.
The parade also featured Howard Knox, 98, who also served in WWII. Knox played Taps during the ceremony that followed at the Old Courthouse Square.
