January 18, 2020 – Washington Co., WI – Round one of a winter weekend is in the books and neighbors across Washington County are now bracing for round No. 2.
The snow overnight Friday into Saturday measured around 5+ inches in the Washington County area. Snowblowers and shovelers were out early clearing sidewalks and driveways.
Plows and salters have been out round the clock trying to keep streets, subdivisions and highways clear.
Saturday saw quite a bit of windy weather with temps in the teens; it’ll be single digits overnight with cloudy and cold temps on tap this week.
