Washington Co., WI – There’s a new item on the menu at the Washington County Farm Bureau stand at the Washington County Fair. Hot, crispy French fries are selling like hotcakes for $3 a basket.
Tyler Hetebrueg with the Farm Bureau is the one who pitched the idea. “Our food stand is known for its burgers and strawberry sundaes, and we just wanted to hold the bar a little higher than a bag of chips,” he said. “The Farm Bureau voted on it and the fries have been selling really well.”
