August 28, 2018 – West Bend, WI – The transformation is underway at McDonald’s on S. Main Street in West Bend.
It’s a slow process but significant changes are being noticed both inside the store and out.
The playland has been removed and stands as an empty shell.
The galactic features from the exterior of the building are resting in the Dumpster on the south end of the parking lot. A bird’s nest made of dry twigs and string is visible in the letter ‘c’ from the McDonald’s sign.
The restaurant remains open during construction. Click HERE to see some of the photos before demolition got underway.
Some of the new amenities will be a Play Place, new menu boards and a drive-thru canopy. Click HERE to take a look at the plans.
