July 28, 2017 – Washington Co., WI – Local businesses stepped up to the plate and brought the green with them Thursday night during the annual Washington County Junior Livestock Auction at the Washington County Fair.
In the beef auction Luke Metowski pulled in $7 a pound for his 1,326 pound steer. The winning bidder was Jonco Industries.
Thunder Pallet stepped up with a $22-a-pound winning bid on Lillia Janz’s 262 pound swine. Edward Jones bid $22.50 on Luke Metowski’s 242 pound swine
