Town of Polk, WI – Treats worked and so did toys as parents coaxed, cajoled, and bribed their babies to the finish line at the Diaper Derby / Toddler Trot at the Washington County Fair.
Parents were clever and kids were distracted and sometimes naps were needed as the race was on at the WTKM Pavilion.
“Next year I’m bringing an extension cord to bribe him,” said one mom who knew her boy too well.

Snack and t-shirts were given to all who participated in the Diaper Derby/Toddler Trot.
