August 6, 2020 – West Bend, WI – After a couple weeks cleaning up the smaller buildings on the old Fleet Farm site, 1637 W. Washington Street, in West Bend the operator of the excavator started tearing into the 66,000-square-foot store today, Thursday, August 6.
The process is meticulous as the excavator operator works to separate the metals from the insulation. A majority of the building, including the concrete foundation will be recycled. The entire process is expected to take about three weeks.
