Dec. 12, 2018 – Washington Co., WI – Light snow passed through early Wednesday morning and the team from Horicon Bank in West Bend was busy lacing up their shoes to step off on Day 7 of Pete Rettler’s 25 Runs of Gratitude.
Horicon Bank has supplied the largest team so far on Rettler’s Runs. They participated today to support Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washington County.
Today’s 2.5-mile run was unique as it started at Horicon Bank on Paradise Drive and ended at the Big Brothers Big Sisters office on Main Street in downtown West Bend.
Rettler is celebrating his phenominal record of running every day for 25 years and he’s paying it back to the community.
Thankful for being blessed with good health Rettler is running the next 25 days in an effort to raise $25,000 for local non-profits and the United Way of Washington County.
