July 9, 2023 – Fredonia, Wi – One person was transported to Froedtert Hospital in West Bend, WI after a passerby found a vehicle flipped on the passenger side, and the operator trapped inside on County Trunk Highway A and Riverside Road in Fredonia, WI.
The incident was reported to the Washington County Sheriff around 1:30 a.m. Sunday, July 9, 2023.
The person was found to be impaired and arrested for OWI.

The Sheriff indicated that due to a language barrier a search warrant was obtained for his blood. He was turned over to medical staff.
