July 5, 2022 – West Bend, Wisconsin – This past Friday, July 1, 2022, there were several vehicle break ins at the Oakfield Oaks vs. Kewaskum A’s Rock River Baseball League game at the West Bend High School’s Athletic Complex.
The West Bend Baseball Association thanks the West Bend Police Department and the West Bend School District Administration for their quick and thorough response to the incidents.
The West Bend Baseball Association is working with the West Bend School District
Administration and the West Bend Police Department to help prevent these types of incidents from occurring again.
The West Bend Police Department wants to remind residents and citizens attending baseball games that you should lock your vehicle doors AND do not store any valuables in plain view inside the vehicle.
Spectators and citizens should be vigilant to anything that doesn’t feel right. If you see
something, say something.
The West Bend Police Department will make every effort to be at the West Bend High School during events, as well as other locations where these types of incidents occur.
