Jan. 30, 2019 – Washington Co., WI – Hundreds of customers with AT&T service are experiencing zero connection today, Jan. 30.
A representative based in Thailand said there was a “network outage in the Farmington area and Kekoskee” which is in Dodge County.
The AT&T representative could not say how many people were affected.
The earliest estimate on when service will be restored is around 9 p.m.
This is a working story and more details will be posted when information becomes available.
THAILAND? That’s exactly why I dumped them. They are almost as bad as charter! Streaming is the answer!
ATT internet service is also out in Milwaukee and Chicago and Michigan. Yours is almost the only information I can find about a cause for the problem. Thank you for seeing the importance of this issue. I am lucky in this cold to only be out WiFi service. I still have data through another provider. There are also ATT phone outages and television. This is not safe in this cold, dangerous weather.
AT&T grounded all their crews across seven Midwest states for Wednesday and Thursday. However, their international call centers never got that memo. Services might be restored starting on Friday.
