Nov. 14, 2016 – West Bend, WI – The Washington County Sheriff has released the name of the man arrested Sunday for his ninth OWI. Authorities took Todd W. Begley, 50, from Lomira into custody after leading authorities on a lengthy chase that extended from Highway 60 and I41 to Lomira in Dodge County.
A search shows Begley has an extensive relationship with the legal system that dates to 1999.
Begley is scheduled to appear Thursday before Washington County Judge Todd Martens. Begley is facing a pair of felony charges of allegedly eluding an officer and 7th, 8th or 9th OWI.
Why is this man still out on the street?He has an extensive court record.Let’s hope our criminal justice system doesn’t let us down AGAIN!Hopefully after this latest example of him endangering the public safety,he will be incarcerated for a long time.One can only hope that this happens!
