The referendum in the Village of Germantown passes
Most polling places across Washington County in Slinger, Richfield, Jackson, Kewaskum, Hartford, Germantown, and West Bend all saw a somewhat light turnout which was affected by the weather as there was heavy rain much of the day that later turned into a slushy snow. The county eventually was under a winter weather advisory issued by the National Weather Service.
