September 7, 2020 – West Bend, WI – It was a windy day and two excavators were on site as the old Tri-Par on W. Washington Street finally met its fate.
Neighbors remember the gas station as “the spot” to pick up cases of Kingbury Beer for $5.50.
In years past the spot was home to Little John’s Hamburger Hut.

Aren’t you actually referring to the SLINGER location which is now close to being razed?
Nope. We had an old Tri-Par in West Bend just to the east of the Fleet Farm. Both buildings were razed this past week.
