July 15, 2018 – West Bend, WI – The City of West Bend Park and Forestry Department has announced that Decorah Rd from 7th Ave to Highlandview Drive will be closed to through traffic July 17 and July 18, 2018.
The City Forestry staff will be conducting tree and brush removals along Decorah Rd west of 7th Ave. The objective is to improve site lines to the west of 7th Ave. Traffic will be detoured to 7th Ave south of Decorah Rd, Hawthorn Dr., and Silverbrook Dr.
When in the project area, motorists are asked to exercise caution, observe detour signs, be alert for forestry equipment, and travel at reduced speeds.
