Ozaukee County, WI – The Ozaukee County Historical Society is hosting a Train Show on September 10, 2022, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Ozaukee County Pioneer Village, 4880 Hwy I, Saukville, WI.
This year, the Ozaukee County Historical Society launched a fundraising campaign to finally restore the 1940 caboose. A special event will be held on September 10, 2022, that includes a model Train Show, Skits by the Plymouth Arts Center, Music by Pickin’ Up Speed bluegrass band, Chicken Roast, and an auction.
Chicken Roast is $8 and available as carry-out if not able to attend the event. Just drive up, order, get it, and go.

The society has partnered with the Kettle Moraine Ballast Scorchers from West Bend and Metro Model Railroad Clubs from Port Washington to make this happen.
The event will also feature James Wades of southern Michigan known as The International President of the Morse Telegraph Club who will be demonstrating the interactive telegraph exhibit. Wade has been working on the presentation since last fall.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the caboose restoration project.
