West Bend, WI – Above-ground construction will start shortly on the new 120-unit Trail’s Edge Apartments.
The 4.4-acre site on S. Forest Avenue just south of Water Street, was formerly home to the old Gehl Company. American Companies is heading up the three-story project.
“We are excited to see progress continue in downtown West Bend. It is really fun to see all aspects of this community working together,” said Kraig Sadownikow, president of American Companies.
“The Marriott Hotel and Office Suites are open and work is moving along well at Trail’s Edge Apartments. The site has been graded, foundation walls are installed and we are beginning to cap the parking garage with Span-Crete. Right now we are a bit ahead of schedule and, with good weather, we will continue to be. Stay tuned for more great progress updates and the unveiling of Trail’s Edge website in the coming weeks….”
The facility is a multi-family complex that is close to the Eisenbahn State Trail, the Museum of Wisconsin Art and the river walk.
