Nov. 29, 2018 – Allenton, WI – The Allenton Area Advancement Association (AAAA) is hosting “Lighting of the Bridge” on Friday, Nov. 30 at Riveredge Park in Allenton.
The park is located on WI-33 (Main Street) on the west side of Allenton along the banks of the Rock River.
The event will begin at 6 p.m. and everyone is invited to be a part of this very community-friendly event.
AAAA President Scott Ritger said, “Come join us for cookies and hot cocoa to celebrate the lighting of the bridge and the start of the Christmas Season.”
In addition the AAAA is asking for support of the American Legion #483 Auxiliary’s Giving Tree by bringing a new toy, game, gift certificate or donation for area families in need.
The plan is to provide for 60 kids from our area with a wonderful Christmas with gifts and food.
