Kewaskum, Wi – On March 9, 2024, friends and neighbors will gather at CC’s in the Town of Wayne to celebrate Frank Werhanowicz of Kewaskum. “Frank has always been the life of the party,” said his sister Pam Rank. “Whether it’s pulling jokes on coworkers or regaling friends with hilarious stories, Frank knows how to bring joy to those around him.”
Amidst the laughter and good times, Frank’s Last Bash holds a deeper significance.
It’s a chance for him to party one last time with the people he holds dear, on his own terms. Frank has made it clear he doesn’t want a somber gathering, he wants a celebration filled with laughter and fond memories. What better way to honor his wishes than a party fit for a legend?
This is a bittersweet “Last Bash” as Frank wraps up his battle with cancer.
With his wife, Judy, by his side, Frank is inviting all his friends to share in a day filled with heartfelt moments, rowdy laughter, and the kind of camaraderie only Frank could inspire.

For those who haven’t had the pleasure of knowing Frank, let me paint a picture: imagine Patrick Swayze’s charm mixed with a dash of suave confidence and a whole lot of humor.
Frank is the kind of person who can light up a room with his jokes and infectious laughter. Raised in Kewaskum, Frank is a local legend, known for his prankster ways and unwavering love for family and friends.
Frank’s journey with cancer has been a long and arduous one, spanning over 12 years. It began with prostate cancer and has since spread, but through it all, Frank has remained positive and determined. He doesn’t dwell on the negative; instead, he’s focused on living life to the fullest and cherishing every moment with his loved ones.
As his sister, Pam, fondly recalled, “Frank knows how to bring joy to those around him.” One particularly memorable prank involved a frozen snake and some unsuspecting truckers. If you see him at the Last Bash, ask him about it.
Amidst the laughter and good times, Frank’s Last Bash is a chance for him to get together with the people he holds dear, on his own terms.
For those debating whether to attend, Pam has a simple message: “Frank wants to see his friends. This isn’t just any party – it’s a chance to show Frank how much he’s loved and appreciated. Let’s make this a day to remember.”
If you’re wondering what to say or do, Pam said simply follow Frank’s lead. “Share a happy, funny memory, raise a glass in his honor, and above all, let him know how much he means to you.”
Here’s to you, Frank – thank you for being the life of the party, the prankster extraordinaire, and above all, the kind of friend we all aspire to be. Your legacy will live on in the laughter and love you’ve shared with us all.
Today’s party at CC’s in Wayne, 8892 County Road W, begins at 3 p.m. Friends are encouraged to arrive early.
