Amidst the laughter and good times, Frank’s Last Bash holds a deeper significance.

As his sister, Pam, fondly recalled, “Frank knows how to bring joy to those around him.” One particularly memorable prank involved a frozen snake and some unsuspecting truckers. If you see him at the Last Bash, ask him about it.
