December 23, 2021 – Several communities across Washington County are temporarily lifting overnight winter street parking regulations through January 1 and 2, 2022.
Hartford, Jackson and Kewaskum police have all issued statements similar to the note below.
Winter Parking in Kewaskum SUSPENDED for the Holidays: Winter Parking Restrictions are temporarily SUSPENDED for the holidays, effective the morning of December 24, 2021 through January 2, 2022, unless there is a major snow event. If there is a plowable amount of snowfall, parking restrictions will be enforced at that time. Parking restrictions will resume Monday morning, January 3, 2022. — Kewaskum Chief Tom Bishop
In Hartford a temporary suspension of winter street parking regulations: “Without any snow in the forecast and knowing our residents will have guests over for Christmas, the City is lifting the overnight parking ban effective immediately through January 1. Merry Christmas from the City of Hartford staff.” Hartford City Administrator Steve Volkert
In Jackson overnight winter parking restrictions are lifted through January 1, 2022.
