Nobody went home hungry Saturday from the 38th annual Buffalo Feed in Allenton. There were homemade buffalo tips with mushrooms, buffalo meatloaf, spicy chicken wings, and all the fixins.
The event was hosted by the Allenton Area Advancement Association. More than 640 people turned out for supper.
The dessert table was loaded with sweets for folks who wanted to top off their meal with some rich lemon pie or a moist chocolate marble cake.
All money raised stays in the community.
