Bonjour! It’s nearly time for the 21st annual St. Frances Cabrini School Dinner Auction on Saturday March 5.
Auction chair Maria del Rocio Tejeda and the auction committee volunteers have planned a wonderful evening with French flair, celebrating “Springtime in Paris.”
The evening will begin with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and the silent auction. The menu will feature Salade Champagne with a second course of Beef Tenderloin, Chicken Coq au Vin Blanc, Garlic Truffle Mashed Potatoes and Grilles Asparagus Spears.
The Patisserie will feature Vanilla Pot de Creme Brûlée and a duo of French Macaroons. The exciting live auction will follow with opportunities to bid on a vacation to Maui, a Napa Valley weekend and a one week stay in sunny Scottsdale, plus more!
