A mysterious character was spotted hanging around Slinger this week.
Employees of nearby businesses did not know who left him or why, but said he had been there possibly since Sunday.
Slinger Police and the Village Building Inspector have been made aware of the situation, so his continued presence is uncertain.
Kyle and Abbie Voll, stopped to make friends with the newcomer, but he didn’t
tell them why he moved to Slinger.
