Slinger man, 55, charged with felony child sex assault and child sex trafficking

March 6, 2024 – Slinger, Wi – A Slinger man, 55, and Milwaukee woman, 33, were charged this week in Washington County Circuit Court with felony child sex assault charges, sexual enticement and trafficking of a child.

A portion of the criminal complaint is below.

Detective Dudash reported that VICTIM further stated that her mother is Amy Anne Carlson. VICTIM stated that her mother would originally go with Blehovde alone however in 2021 VICTIM began to go with Carlson and Blehovde to his trailer in Slinger and Carlson would then give her money to keep her quiet and to not tell her dad where they were or what they were doing. VICTIM stated that eventually Carlson would ask her to do things. VICTIM stated that Blehovde began making comments about VICTIM’S body and started touching VICTIM’S chest as well as other areas which she described as her “princess parts” and gestured to her frontal pubic area and later indicated that she meant her vagina.

Detective Dudash reported that VICTIM stated that in 2021 when she was 13 years old, while at Blehovde’s trailer in Slinger, Carlson made VICTIM undress in the kitchen so that both VICTIM and Carlson were naked. VICITM stated that she gave Blehovde “hand jobs” and in exchange VICTIM was given a cell phone as well as snacks and food.

Blehovde was in custody, cash bail was set at $50,000 and Blehovde posted it and was released.

The female (mother of the trafficked child) has warrants for these charges. The mother is identified as Amy Anne Carlson of Milwaukee.

Blehovde has been ordered to have “no contact with any female juveniles under 16 years old without supervision. No contact with JAH, TAM or co-defendant or their residences.”

Blehovde is next schedule to appear in court for a hearing April 3, 2024, at 1:15 p.m.
