Slinger, WI – Slinger High School Varsity Cheerleading team is headed to State. According to coach Amy Bretz, “We made the top 7 in the GameDay Medium performance over the weekend at the Wisconsin Association of Cheer and Pom Coaches State Prelims.”
The State championship is Saturday, February 24 in Appleton, WI. “We are absolutely beyond excited,” said Bretz.

The Slinger Owls will compete against 6 other teams for “Gameday Medium” Division for State including: Elkhorn, East Troy, Kenosha Indian Trail, Oregon, Hamilton and Menomonee Falls.
