Oct 23, 2017 – Barton, WI – On the heels of Rally Time Sports Bar being burglarized on Sunday, Oct. 23 now comes word the Mad Max Shell station, 1650 N. Main Street in Barton has been robbed.
West Bend Police are currently on scene. Early word is nobody has been injured. We’ll bring you more information as it becomes available. The robbery happened around 10 p.m.
BURGLARY – 1373 N. Main St Rally Time Sports Bar
On Sunday October 22nd, 2017 at 10:30 AM, an employee of the Rally Time Sports Bar arrived to work and found a broken window to the business. The employee called West Bend Police and investigating officers found that money had been taken. West Bend Police Investigators are continuing to investigate the burglary. OWI/VEHICLE COLLISION CAUSING INJURY
W. Washington St. at N. 7th Ave.
On Saturday October 21st, 2017, at 2:25 AM, an 18 year old female was driving northbound on N. 7th Ave. and approaching W. Washington St., which at the time, was controlled by a flashing red signal light. A 39 year old male was driving westbound on W. Washington St. approaching N. 7th Ave. which was controlled by a flashing yellow signal light. The 18 year old female entered the intersection and collided with the 39 year old male’s vehicle. The 39 year old male showed signs of intoxication, failed the Standard Field Sobriety Tests, blew a .139 in a PBT and was arrested for OWI Causing Injury. The 39 year old suffered a shoulder injury and was treated at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
The 18 year old suffered a facial injury, was treated at St. Joseph’s Hospital and issued a citation for Failure to Yield Right of Way. A passenger in the 18 year old’s vehicle was also injured, extracted from the vehicle by West Bend Rescue and treated at Froedert Hospital in Milwaukee.
