Sheboygan man trapped following fiery crash | By Sheboygan County Sheriff

April 21, 2021 – Sheboygan, WI – On Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at approximately 5:38 p.m. the Sheboygan County Emergency Communications Center received 911 calls about a personal injury motor vehicle accident that occurred in the 2100 block of N. 40th Street in the Town of Sheboygan.

A vehicle was traveling southbound on N. 40th Street when the 39-year-old Sheboygan male went left of center, entered a drainage culvert, and struck a tree. The driver was trapped while the vehicle started on fire after the accident. The driver was extracted and taken by ambulance to St. Nicholas Hospital with serious injuries.

The following public safety agencies assisted with this incident: Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office, Kohler Police Department, Town of Sheboygan First Responders, Town of Sheboygan Fire Department, and Orange Cross Ambulance.
