Sept. 13, 2017 – Jackson, WI – Kettle Moraine Lutheran improved to 2-1 in East Central Conference play with a 9-0 victory at Campbellsport on Tuesday.
It didn’t take long for the Chargers to take control of the game, getting goals in the 4th and 6th minutes from Jake Semenske and Ethan Duba, respectively.
Joseph Raasch and Joshua Pahmeier added 22nd and 24th-minute tallies to stretch the lead to four, and Semenske was back on target in the 34th minute to give KML a commanding 5-0 advantage at halftime.
The Chargers didn’t skip a beat in the second half, scoring in the 48th and 53rd minutes courtesy of Raasch and Riley Asen.
Collin Liesner and Grant Biesterfeld added goals in the closing stages of the match to wrap up a convincing victory.
Next up for the Chargers are the Hilltoppers of Saint Lawrence Seminary, who will visit KML on Friday.
