February 7, 2022 – Jackson, WI – The former Jackson Village Hall has an accepted offer. The parcel was put up for sale in December 2021 by the Village with an asking price of $499,000.
The new owner has been looking at the property for the last 27 years.
“We’re so thrilled,” said Renee Miller with Miller Monument Company, located across the street at N168W20666 Main Street. “I know it’s an old building that will take some TLC but it is so charming.”

Miller grew up in Jackson and has strong memories of the old Village Hall. “I remember going to snowmobile safety meetings and American Legion Auxiliary meetings; I’ve been a member for 50 years and this location lets us have added space for our trucks.
“We’re getting a little cramped in the office with our graphic design and we’ll actually use the space for filing and storage and trucks and we’re excited.”
Jackson Village Administrator Jen Keller said the Village Board was overwhelmingly appreciative of Miller Monument being a Jackson business looking to expand their operation in the Village. “That was seen as a big blessing to the board,” she said.
The closing price was $499,000.
The offer to purchase is conditionally accepted upon plan commission and Village Board review and approval of proposed use of the property.
The building dates to 1931.
The property went up for sale after the new Village Hall and PD and FD opened down the street. Adam Williquette from American Commercial Real Estate listed the property.
