January 29, 2025 – West Bend, WI – To the Citizens of West Bend,
It is with great pride and heartfelt enthusiasm that I write this letter to endorse and support my friend and colleague, Riley Hansen, for the position of Alderman in West Bend. Having had the privilege of knowing Riley for over eight years, I can confidently say that he possesses the character, dedication, and service-oriented mindset that West Bend deserves in its leadership.
Riley and I first crossed paths on the golf course, introduced by a mutual friend. What began as friendly rounds of golf quickly blossomed into a meaningful friendship both on and off the course. Through countless conversations and shared experiences, I came to recognize the exceptional qualities that set Riley apart from others. His integrity, empathy, and commitment to making meaningful connections with those around him were evident from the very beginning.
As I got to know Riley better, it became clear that he would be an invaluable asset in a professional setting. I invited him to join my company, and he became a vital member of our team. Every day, Riley demonstrates the same dedication and passion that he brings to his personal relationships. He is a great listener who approaches challenges with empathy and creativity, always striving to find thoughtful solutions. His commitment to serving others and creating positive outcomes is inspiring.
What makes Riley truly special is his ability to connect with people from all walks of life. He listens—truly listens—to concerns, ideas, and perspectives. He doesn’t shy away from challenges; he tackles them head-on with a problem-solving mindset and a genuine desire to make things better. These qualities will serve the residents of West Bend well!
I’ve witnessed Riley in many situations that reveal his leadership and exceptional dedication. Whether working with clients, mentoring colleagues, or contributing to community initiatives, Riley brings a thoughtful and compassionate approach that leaves a lasting impact. He understands that leadership is about service, and he exemplifies this value in everything he does.
West Bend is a growing community, and it needs leaders who are driven by a deep sense of responsibility and a passion for progress. Riley Hansen is exactly that leader! He is ready to listen, ready to serve, and ready to work for the betterment of our community.
I wholeheartedly endorse Riley Hansen for Alderman in District 2 and encourage you to support his candidacy in the primary election. Early voting is February 4th-14th at City Hall for the primary February 18. With Riley representing you, West Bend will have a dedicated leader who will always put community first.
Sincerely,
Michael Schultz, West Bend, WI
