May 8, 2024 – Fond du Lac County, WI – The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office has been notified that Adam J. Ebert will be residing at N6466 Hickory Rd, in the Town of Forest, on or around May 11, 2024 after residing in the Town of Osceola since November of 2023.
The Division of Community Corrections reports Ebert has not violated any terms of his supervision since being released in November of 2023. In 2008, Adam J. Ebert sexually assaulted a 15-year-old female victim known to him. In 2011, Adam J. Ebert randomly sent text messages to a 15-year-old indicating he was 18 years old. When Adam J. Ebert met with the victim, he acknowledged he was 25 years old and subsequently sexually assaulted the 15-year-old victim.
Adam J. Ebert is on extended supervision until November of 2031. Special
conditions of Adam Ebert’s supervised release include:
1) Comply with requirements of lifetime Sex Offender Registration.
2) Comply with requirements of lifetime GPS monitoring.
3) Comply with rules established by the Division of Community Corrections.
